- Facility was using unapproved sanitizer (Thymol as an active ingredient) in their mechanical dishwasher. **As discussed during inspection, please ensure dishes are washed manually with bleach solution (available at facility) until thymol-based sanitizer is replaced with an approved sanitizer.
