- Frozen meat was thawed in cold water at 1.9*C. Operator turned on the cold running water during the inspection.- Ensure frozen food are being proper thawed at all times by either keeping in the fridge until thawed, microwaving for immediate use or thawing under cold running water.

- Mice traps were placed upright beside the back door. Operator adjusted it to lay flat on the floor.-Ensure all mice traps are positioned flat on the floor and against the wall to enable its effectiveness.

- Scoop for cooked rice was stored on top of the cooker. Operator removed scoop for washing.-Ensure scoops are stored in ice water, sanitizing solution or a clean container and changed every 2 hours.

- There was dirt/debris build up at the hard-to-reach areas under the storage shelves in the kitchen and griller table at the front serving area.-Clean the indicated areas

- Sanitizer solution used in cleaning buckets was below 200 ppm. New sanitizer solution was prepared during inspection and tested at adequate concentrations of 200 ppm of quats sanitizer.

- Scoops were found in food in the bulk bins. Action taken and staff moved scoops to designated place in the bins.
