- Observation(s): New fridge was purchased for the kitchen and was missing the thermometer. Please replace asap to ensure the food is staying <4C.

- Observation(s): - There was only one sink in the kitchen area. This would be considered the kitchen's dedicated handwashing sink only. - The premise was approved for the selling of prepackaged foods, which is when the entire charcuterie board would be delivered to the premise and sold to the customer in the same packaging. Since charcuterie boards are now being assembled and the plates and utensils are washed on the premise, a minimum of one additional sink must be installed. This may be done in the off-season but must be completed prior to spring opening of 2026. - You may also keep the one sink if you switch to selling prepackaged charcuterie boards as they do not require any utensil or plate washing.

A “Must Do” tasting experience. Great tasting wines right across the spectrum - Whites, Rosé or Reds. Whatever your palate Bartier has a variety to your taste. Also a lovely patio - sit out under the grapes vines and enjoy a glass of wine. Our 2nd of what will become annual trips!

Bartie Winery has really good wines and a generous pour… often more than you expect! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, which makes the tasting enjoyable. One thing to note: they do charge more for a patio tasting than inside, which feels a bit unfair. That aside, the wines themselves are worth trying and the overall experience is still enjoyable.

Gisele was the perfect host. Informative on the winery & their wines. Friendly, laidback and on top of our needs. Lovely grapevine shady spot to sit back and sip! They have an impressive selection of amazing wines. We did the experience tasting which came with a beautifully presented individual cheese boards. A perfect afternoon to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience at Bartier Bros Winery yesterday afternoon. We did a wine/chocolate pairing and it was very enjoyable. The wine was tasty; the chocolate delectable; the winery peaceful and the staff welcoming. Highly recommend it!

Our group of 10 had an excellent tasting with Gisele today, June 17th. We loved our table was under the beautiful grape arbour on the property. Gisele was not only knowledgeable but also very personable and accommodating. This was our second tasting at Bartier Bros. We were here last year for a tasting and will definitely be back next year.

Such a lovely place! Very good customer services, beautiful backyard. I recommend their rose. The staff even recommended winery nearby based on our preferences! Amazing!

There wasn't a wine we didn't like, or at least appreciate. We recommend enjoying with the optional cheese pairings - so delightful! Giselle was lovely and helpful (as were all staff). What a delightful experience!

One of the nicest wineries. Great wine and great people. Stop by for a tasting and they will take such good care of you. I come every year and keep buying the wine in between.
