(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Food-grade sanitizer solution was stored in a spray bottle labeled “oil for cooking.” The sanitizer was remixed to a concentration of 200 ppm and the bottle was relabeled “Quat Food-Grade Sanitizer
