      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Veggie sausages, a cake, bagged salads/greens were being stored in the open display cooler. The temperature ranged between 9-12 degC
      • Corrective Action(s): As discussed, these are considered potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) and must be stored under 4 degC. All these items were relocated to another cooler.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bagged salads, cut apples, etc were in the display case. The display case temperature was 10 degC.
      • Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) must be stored at or below 4 degC at all times. These products were moved into the walk-in cooler during the inspection.
