- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow rate was at 70 GPM which exceeds the maximum rate of filtration on the sand filter. Flow was adjusted to 60 GPM. Please ensure the flow rate is enough to meet turnover without exceeding the max rate of filtration.

- Combine chlorine 0.24 Total Alkalinity 236 (This is too high. The range is between 60-180. Onsite operator took appropriate measures and lowered the levels to 156)Levels of non-critical chemicals were within an appropriate range or corrected to be within the range. Evaluated levels of combine chlorine as possibly due to the higher water levels.
- 06. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Critical)?
- Circulation pump was noted to be at a low gpm. Onsite operator increased the flow rate to an appropriate level of 60 gpm. Operator will be waiting one turnover before hosting patrons within the basin.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- Flow rate was 65 GPM, slightly above the maximum rate of filtration for this sand filter. Operator reduced flow rate during inspection.

- The phone in the enclosure was not working properly and didn't have a dial tone. Phone rang at front desk, but no communication could be sent or recieved. A different phone was brought in and a call to front desk went through and could be heard. Please ensure the phone is in proper working order at all times in case of an emergency.

- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- HPC = 320. Spoke with manager (Zona) and she reported that the pool operator, Julius, was not at the facility at the time but was returning at 10 pm. I requested them to check pool chemistry again (pH, Chlorine/ORP, turbidity) and ensure all the parameters are balanced and submit results. When asked, the manager stated that the most recent change was changing chlorine. They were thinking about changing the silica sand because they haven't changed it in 5 years, but she was not sure if Julius did anything to the filters. Zona was provided with my email address to report results and was notified that they would have to resample. I will follow-up once I receive pool chemistry results from Julius.

- pH was at 8.3 during inspection. Operator adjusted chemicals and pH dropped within acceptable range. FAC 7.3 ppmCC 1.2 ppm
- 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- Total alkalinity was high when tested. This may be due to the basin being refilled with fresh water the day prior. Operator adjusted chemistry and total alkalinity was reduced to 171 ppm.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow rate was at 65 GPM. This rate is too high for the high-rate sand filter. The sand filter should not exceed 61 GPM. Flow was adjusted. Please ensure your operational flow rate is kept over 49 GPM to meet turnover and below 61 GPM to prevent exceeding the filter rate.
- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- The phone in the pool enclosure area did not work when tested. Operator was able to get it working. Please ensure the wires are not loose, and change out the phone if necessary.
