- 3 cases of food were being stored on the floor. Food was elevated during inspection. Bottoms of cases can be unclean, storing items off the floor prevents places for pests to hide, allows for proper pest control and allows for proper cleaning of floors. Please ensure food is stored off the ground 6 inches at all times.
