- Food containers were being stored on the floor of the restaurant and on the ground in the basement storage room. Containers in the kitchen were relocated. The basement requires organization to store items off the ground.

- Canned fruit was being stored in the cans once opened. Operator relocated fruit during inspection. Please ensure food is transferred to a clean container once opened and kept stored covered at appropriate temperatures.

- No lights are in the basement storage area. Adequate lighting is required to ensure the area is kept clean and for monitoring for pests. Please provide a light in the basement storage room.

- Some syrups and other ingredients were not labeled correctly to indicate that they were properly imported to Canada. Operator removed these items and will replace before opening. Please ensure foods offered are from an approved source and labelled/imported according to the CFIA requirements. Suppliers will include: JFC Pratts Harvest Trading Co.
