- Rentokil services the facility and the most recent report indicated the back door off the offices gaps. Gap was viewed along the bottom of door and is large enough to allow pests to enter. Please have the door adjusted to ensure it seals tightly.

- 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
- Four bottles of raw Kombucha were being stored in the storage room on shelves, not refrigerated as was required on the label. Staff were going to discard. Please ensure all products are stored in accordance with the label or manufacturer's requirements.

- Floor tiles in one row of the storage area are missing, exposing the concrete below. Operator indicated they are trying to locate new tiles to install. Floors must be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Ensure missing tiles are replaced.

- There is dried up dairy product and food debris inside the stainless-steel fridge. Please ensure the fridge is cleaned and sanitized with a bleach solution mixed at 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre of water.
