- - Shaving cream with label indicating "Keep out of reach of children" observed in use for arts and craft. Containers of shaving cream set aside for removal from the facility. Ensure that all arts and crafts materials are non-toxic and/or have the Approved Product Seal by the Art and Creative Materials Institute. Products with the “Cautionary Label Seal” should not be used with young children. Refer to the Arts and Crafts Safety guidelines provided for more information.- Paper towel dispenser near the hand washing sink found dusty. Dispenser cleaned and sanitized during the inspection. Ensure that paper towel dispensers are routinely cleaned and sanitized.

- The surface of the diaper change table, underneath the change pad, required cleaning.Surface cleaned and disinfected with 1000ppm chlorine solution at the time of inspection. Ensure that the change pad is lifted and wiped down after each use.
