- One line cooler was not operational. Measured 18C. Staff were storing a large container of pasta on ice inside. Do not use cooler until it is repaired.

- A baseboard/tile was peeling off opposite to kitchen entrance. - Ensure to repair the baseboard/tile.

- 1. A deep cleaning is required under and behind the ice machine.2. Area around outdoor smokers appeared dirty with food/fat debris on the floor.- Keep the area clean and organized around outdoor smoker, remove all the broken equipment/chair from the area to prevent pest harborage.
