      • Post boil water advisory sign at washroom sinks. Cease use of ice machine. Perform any corrections and resampling required to have boil water advisory removed (by water lead inspector).

      • Correct automatic detergent feed to kitchen dishwasher. Manually add to each cycle in interim. Deep clean / sanitize polymer sideboard at prep. table. Store dairy creamers on ice in fridge to ensure <= 4C / 40F maintained. Ice machine to be turned off & not used. Post sign on unit. Clean / sanitize after advisory lifted. Expired hydrogen peroxide product to be removed and supply replenished / disinfectant provided (janitor's closet).

Correct function of automatic feed for detergent to kitchen dishwasher (corrected during inspection). Correct final rinse / sanitize cycle of dishwasher at bar including function of spray arm. Use other dishwasher in interim until corrected. Ice well at bar is food equipment which must be indirect connection and installed to meet plumbing code and any requirements of the local plumbing authority. Store food and packaging properly and >= 6in. / 15cm. off of the floor. Remove nesting material far corner of basement. Perform enhanced cleaning program and remove routes of entry, food & water sources and harbourage sites. Plug holes in wall and floor. See PCO and follow further recommendations.
