      • Clean walls & fixtures staff washroom and then have washroom repainted using a durable washable paint. Improve lighting in walk-in cooler to minimum >=330 Lux. Repair / replace two lights not working or add fixtures. Clean cupboards below produce counter. Provide recent bacteriological water sampling results to inspector for 2025 to verify water supply at site is potable.
    • 47(1)(a) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE THAT FOOD IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IS LABELLED AND IDENTIFIED AS BEING FROM SOURCE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.
      • Pizza dough being sold without labelling. Provide full labelling on product.
