    • 19(2)(b) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE PROPERLY DESIGNED AND APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES
      • Relocate paper towel dispenser in dish room to wink with liquid soap dispenser and post handwashing procedure signs all within reach of the users.
    • 29(2)(b) - FAILING TO ENSURE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITAITON PORGRAM INCLUDES PROCEDURES TO ENSURE INSECTS, RODENTS, & OTHER PESTS ARE CONTROLLED.
      • Perform inspection and any vermin proofing required of building. Have glue boards replaced and follow any recommendations of PCO and routinely monitor.
