      • The backdoor is missing weatherstripping . Ensure door is well sealed.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A tile was missing in the ceiling. The light towards the back door was not operational.Ensure the tile is replaced and facility is well-lit.

      • There was no designated hand sink in the kitchen. The facility manager indicated the first sink of the 3- compartment sink by the dishwasher, will be used as a designated hand sink only. Soap and paper towel was provided during inspection.
