      • 1. Staff indicated egg, veggies and chicken sandwiches are made at another kitchen out of the facility. Source could not be confirmed. Ensure food in the facility are all from approved sources. These sandwiches should not be sold until adequate information on the source is provided.2. Food made outside of the facility should be labelled with facility's source name, a contact, food ingredients and best before date.

      • - There was no thermometer in the under-counter prep coolers in the facility. Ensure all coolers have a functional thermometer.

      • - The front display cooler was measured between 8-9C. Temperature dial on the unit was at 46C. Egg and chicken sandwiches in the cooler were measured at an internal temperature between 7.9C -8C. - Staff indicated sandwiches had been in the cooler over 4 hours. Sandwiches were discarded during inspection. Ensure high risk food is maintained below 4C/40F during transport and display.
