- Staff was observed wearing gloves without handwashing. Ensure handwashing is completed before and after glove use.

- High risk food in the hot holding unit was measured at 45C using a probe thermometer. Water un the unit was measured at 47C. Food was reheated, and the hot holding unit was turned up. Ensure unit is maintained above 60C before placing hot food in it. Food in the should be monitored every 2 hours and maintained at 60C.

- The weather stripping on the back exit delivery door is in disrepair. A gap was noted between the door bottom and the floor. Fix or replace the weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility.

- Few mice droppings were noted on a wall behind shelves in the back storage area. Shredded materials and debris were noted on the floor beneath a chest freezer at the bar. Clean up these areas and monitor them for any pest evidence.
