- Fruit flies and other flies were observed in the kitchen area due to empty bottles being stored in a plastic barrel. Please ensure a plastic bag is provided for bottles, and a sealable lid.

- Mouse droppings and other debris were observed behind the stove and by the shelving unit with the paint. The weatherstripping at the bottom of the backdoor in the kitchen area was not adequate, as light was observed entering the space.An ant was also observed in the kitchen.The pest control checklist was not being completed. Please ensure this document is completed monthly.Please hire a licensed pest control operator to inspect and treat as needed. Please provide the report to this office.

- The shelf liner was lifting in the bottom shelf of the top right cupboard. Please replace so that proper cleaning can be conducted.
