- Food was observed stored directly on the floor of the walk-in cooler. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination and to allow for effective cleaning.

- 1. Accumulation of dust was observed on the fan grill of the walk-in cooler. Conduct thorough cleaning of the affected area to maintain sanitary conditions and proper air circulation.2. Biofilm (slime) buildup was observed on the inner surfaces of the ice machine. Immediately conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of the ice machine or discontinue use until it has been properly cleaned and sanitized.
