Previous inspection findings: There was ice buildup on the floor by the deep fryer.Clean the floor and ensure there is no leakage.

      • The probe thermometer was only capable of measuring between 54C to 88C.A digital probe thermometer was provided during the inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • 1) The drain plug was unable to hold solution at the dishwashing sink.A drain plug that was compatible with the sink was provided during the inspection.2) There was no detergent for dishwashing.Dishwashing detergent was provided during the inspection.

      • There was ice buildup on the floor by the deep fryer.Clean the floor and ensure there is no leakage.
