      • The existing handwashing sink located by the back door is not conveniently accessible to food handlers working in the main kitchen area near the grill and stove.- Install a dedicated handwashing sink in the kitchen, adjacent to the grill and stove area, to provide convenient access for food handlers and to facilitate proper handwashing during food preparation and cooking activities. Ensure the sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and is equipped with soap and single-use paper towels.

      • 1. A few tiles in the kitchen were cracked/broken.- Replace the tiles.2. Tiles in the dishwashing area have missing grout.- Repair and re-grout the affected tiles to ensure the floor surface is smooth, impervious to moisture, and easily cleanable, and maintain it in good repair.
