    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Build up was noted along the edge of high traffic areas. Ensure staff are cleaning and including up to the curbing and edges in the changerooms. Additional deep cleaning during shutdown may be required to adequately remove staining in the noted areas.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Ambient temperature for the hot amenities (steam and sauna's) was not being consistently documented daily. Ensure that each hot amenities ambient temperature is measured and documented once per day.

    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Mold/mildew was observed on the silicone surrounding the metal shelf inserts in the shower room in the women's change room. Similar conditions were noted in the men's change room. The site manager indicated the cleaning staff did their best to clean the silicone and surrounding area, but the silicone is no longer cleanable. A request has been made through facility maintenance services to remove and replace the silicone. The facility had also recently removed the soap dispensers and cleaned any mold behind the dispensers. No concerns noted.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Dirt build-up and discoloration was observed in hard-to-reach areas around the perimeter of the floor in the women's change rooms. Similar conditions were noted in the men's change room. The site manager is working with the cleaning staff to ensure that the hard-to-reach areas are being cleaned on a regular basis.

      • The women's sauna temp listed on the previous days exceeded 85C. Operator confirmed the ambient temperature was 64C at time of inspection. Investigate further that the set point does not exceed 85C
