      • The first aid kit in the playschool had expired chlorine wipes and alcohol wipes.Facility must ensure that the first aid supplies have not expired.

      • The green play-table surface was deteriorated and was not easy to clean and disinfect. Facility must replace the surface of table. Any surfacing, which is smooth, easy to clean and disinfect would be appropriate.

      • Cushions in the playschool may have covers which are water-proof, easily removable and cleanable
