      • Corrective Action(s): Daily cleaning and disinfection is needed to ensure cross contamination with equipment does not occur as well it will allow for population of rodents to be monitored and areas of infestation to be pin pointed.

      • Observation: Droppings visable throughout the facility particularly under the malt containers and in hard to reach or cluttered areas.
      • Corrective Action(s): -Discard any food that has been contaminated either by droppings or by chewing. Product is thrown out daily, no contaminated product visable during inspection.
      • -Place malt in pest proof, easily cleanable containers such as metal or plastic.
      • -Thoroughly cleaning and sanitize the entire brewery area including shelving racks and floors using bleach cleaning solution. This should be done daily.

      • Observation: -Vent in large garage door has large spaces between metal, space around garage door and large gap under man door also visable.
      • -Clutter by office desk area in the corner
      • Corrective Action(s): -Have pest control company or garage door company assist in figuring out how to pest proof both doors.
      • -Declutter, and remove items not needed in the facility. Organize and store anything needed in containers to prevent contamination

      • Observation: Mice dropping were observed behind the hot water tank, along the walls and under shelvings. Some cleaning and sanitizing took place at the time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected by mice dropping. Ensure to spray bleach solution on droppings before sweeping the floor. Use proper PPE. Wash and sanitize equipment that might have come in contact with mice droppings.
      • Remove unnecessary items and move boxes away from the walls so that potential hiding spots are eliminated.
      • Install weather strips under the exit doors. This blocks pest enterance. Patch and block all holes and potential pest enterances throughout the facility.
