Staff stated that this has been an ongoing issue. Water was pooling on the floor in front of coffee machine.Equipment must be in good working condition. Please ensure the coffee machine is to be assessed and repair.3. Upon further inspection, the coffee machine was visibly dirty and unsanitary from where the coffee is dispensed. Equipment must be kept in sanitary condition with ongoing maintenance. Please ensure the coffee machine is cleaned and disinfected to prevent buildup of grime.*The staff was advised to not use the coffee machine until it has been cleaned, disinfected, and in good working condition*Follow-up required.
