      • Observed minimal fly activity (flies flying around) in the dishwashing sink area. Please ensure that the facility is free from pests including flies.

      • Observed that the following areas were not maintained in clean and sanitary condition, particularly: - the floor in front of the walk-in cooler, - underneath the dishwashing sink - the dry food storage area - the mob sink area - the handle of the waste container Please ensure that the facility is maintained in clean and sanitary condition.

      • Observed a food waste container in the dishwashing sink area without lid.Ensure the waste container is covered, leak-proof, and impervious to prevent harborage of pests.
