- Yes (corrected during inspection) - the Food Handling Permit (FHP) is current (expiry date of September 30, 2026) but was not being continually posted in a conspicuous location, visible to the public. This was corrected during inspection, with the FHP and city business license posted on the side wall at the hostess desk located at the front interior entrance area of the restaurant.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - the operator was advised to ensure more regular cleaning of the bundles of electrical wiring and piping under sinks in the main kitchen area (as there was accumulation of dust/lint, etc., on these equipment items). The operator is to ensure staff follow the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule, and adapt as necessary.

- -Areas of the kitchen were not maintained in a sanitary condition.•Buildup of food, grime, and dust was observed on the shelf immediately above the food prep area •Buildup of grime, food, and grease was observed at the corners and hard-to-reach areas of the kitchen. •Buildup of dust, grease and grime observed all over the ceiling vents and tiles.•Buildup of dust, dirt and grease observed on the top shelves of the kitchen.•There was a spill of a sugary drink in the back storage area where a number of fruit flies were observed.•The used hairnets were found all over the back storage area.•The hard-to-reach areas of the walk-in cooler had accumulation of food debris and dirt.-The garbage bin in the staff washroom was full, used hairnets were on the floor, toilets seat was dirty and all other surfaces including floors and walls were dirty and unsanitary. Extensive cleaning in all the above-mentioned areas is required.

- Overall the general sanitation of the facility could be improved.-Deep cleaning of the walk-in cooler floor is required.-Utensil storage bins are not clean on the inside.-The front of the microwave, including the handle is not clean.-The cooler space below the prep coolers are very dirty, especially the pizza topping cooler.-The ceiling is very dirty.-Observed a dirty salt and pepper shaker in the kitchen.-High touch areas, like the handles on everything, need to be cleaned and sanitized MORE frequently.-The wall beside the pizza topping prep cooler is dirty.-The outside of the ice machine is dirty.
