      • The weatherstripping of the door by back storage was missing. Notable gap was observed.Correction:-Ensure that the weatherstripping is installed to seal the gap.

      • A few flies noted around sundae toppings area-operator working with pest control to resolve issue

      • Observed numerous small flies around the sundae topping area.Discussed with Sandya that the area must be kept cleaner. Simply covering the area over night will not help. The sundae toppings containers need to be changed every night, the shelves need to be wiped down with a sanitizer solution (the top of the shelves and the undersides as well), the sink needs to be dry overnight. Any debris of food left out, especially overnight, is just feeding the fly population.

      • Pest control records were not available

      • "Cooked Product Minimum Temperatures-Critical Violations" chart that was posted was not 100% correct. Please make changed to the Grilled Chicken and Hot Dogs (listed cook temp: 66C) and Sausages (listed cook temp: 68C)

      • Extra cleaning required on the ceiling above the single compartment sink and behind the ice cream machine.
