- Quat's sanitizer measured at about 100ppm. Operator was instructed to replace the solution, and the new solution was optimal at 200ppm. Ensure sanitizing solutions are at appropriate concentration to allow proper sanitization of surfaces and equipment.

- The Food handling permit was seen displayed in the office and not in a place visible to the public. Operator displayed it correctly when prompted.
