All coolers measured 4°C or below. All freezers measured -18°C or below. Surface sanitizer measured 700 DDBSA; test strips available. Temperature logs up to date. At least one employee is FoodSafe certified. No signs of pest activity. Low temperature dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine residual at plate level.
