Comments Routine inspection conducted today with general manager. All coolers measured lower or equal to 4°C. Freezers measured at lower than or equal to -18°C. Hot holding units measured at greater than 60°C. Food storage practices correct. Temperature logs up to date. At least one employee foodsafe level 1 certified. Low temperature kitchen and bar glass washer both measured 50 ppm at plate level. Sink and surface sanitizer measured 700DDBSA. Test strips available. No signs of pest activity. Hand sink fully equipped.
