- 1. Measured 0 ppm of iodine sanitizer at the glasswasher. Iodine container was observed to be empty at the time of inspection.
- 2. Measured 50 ppm of QUATs sanitizer in two of the red buckets. The sanitizing solution observed to be murky.

- 1. Staff replaced the empty iodine container at the glasswasher during inspection. It measured 12.5 ppm iodine. Ensure to monitor iodine concentration at the glasswasher using the Iodine test strip.
- 2. Staff replenished the two red buckets with 200 ppm QUATs solution. Ensure to replace the sanitizer solution every 4 hours or when the solution gets murky. Ensure daily testing is done using the QUATs test strip.
