- - Observed multiple ham & cheese croissants in room temperature on display. Employee has confirmed that they were finished baking approximately 5 hours ago.

- - Corporate food safety plan was checked on site. Ham & cheese croissants should be discarded after 2 hours in room temperature as per the food safety plan. Ensure perishable baked items are discarded after 2 hours in display.
