- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration in the final rinse cycle of the glasswasher at the bar was 0 ppm Iodine. The Iodine concentration must be 12.5 ppm - 25ppm to allow for adequate sanitation of glassware.
- Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the use of the glasswasher. Contact the technician to ensure 12.5 ppm - 25 ppm Iodine is present in the final rinse cycle. Wash all glassware in the mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen until the unit is repaired.

These conditions may allow for the entry and harbourage of pests.
