- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station upon entrance into kitchen not supplied with warm/hot water. Staff stated that the hot water was turned off at this station. Staff turned the hot water back on during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): All hand washing stations must be adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly. Never turn off the hot water at any hand washing station.

- Observation: Multiple drain/fruit flies observed in the dishwashing and mop sink areas. Professional pest control company is contracted and a UV fly trap is observed on site.
- Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company to assess and apply treatment/traps as necessary to remove current population of flies. Ensure all food remains covered to prevent contamination. Submit pest reports to the health inspector via email for verification of service completion.
