      • Flooring was in disrepair near the new sink in the Toddler 2 room.

      • No storage space away from children's reach was available for disinfectant in the Toddler 2 washroom (used for diapering as well).

      • 1. Some chemicals (e.g. chlorine bleach and toilet bowl cleaner) have been kept in accessible sink cabinets in Toddler 1, Toddler 2/Preschool 1 washroom and Girls' OSC washroom. Ensure that all chemicals are kept away from children's reach. It was addressed during the inspection. 2. Chlorine bleach spray bottle was not labelled in The Toddler 2 room. Ensure that all chemicals are labelled. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • 1. Paint was damaged and chipping off the wall near the window in Toddler 1 and Preschool 2 rooms.2. Plastic protection layer was peeling off the windowsill in the Toddler 2 room.Repair affected areas.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • No paper towels were available in the Girls' OSC washroom. It was addressed during the inspection.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Diaper pad was damaged and could not be properly cleaned and disinfected in Toddler 1 room. It was replaced during the inspection.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • Hand sanitizers expired in May and June 2022.
