Toddler Room: The horizontal trim near the window (closest to the door) was duct taped along the corner edge. ** Remove the duct tape and install a proper edge molding piece. 3. Preschool/Toddler Hallway washroom: Some exposed nails were exposed from the ceiling, where sections of the ceiling were also unfinished. ** Please remove the hanging nails from the ceiling and properly finish the ceiling in the washroom. 4. Preschool Room 2 washroom: The ceiling stipple was cracked and water stained around the area. ** Please investigate the source of the water and ensure it has been properly repaired. Then, repair the damage. 5. Preschool Room 2 washroom: The caulking around the sink was mouldy and ineffective. ** Please remove the mouldy caulking and reseal around the sink. 6. Infant Room: Two nails in the wall were protruding under the safety info bulletin board. ** Please remove the nails or secure the nails to the wall so they are not protruding. ** This was corrected at the time of the inspection. 7. Preschool 3: The ceiling around the vent cover was unfinished. ** Apply a proper finish around the vent cover. 8. Toddler Room 1 & 2: The toy crib bed for dolls had the lower panel that was porous and not smooth/ easy to clean/ non-absorbent to moisture. Stains observed from the sanitizing solutions. ** Please apply proper finishes to the lower panel so the surface is made smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, and easy to clean. -

Layer of dirt were observed on the cubbies and wooden kitchen set in baby and toddler 1 rooms respectively.-Please clean and sanitize the indicated surfaces to ensure sanitary condition.3. Peeling surface observed on one of the toilet seats in the main floor washrooms.-Please repair or replace the indicated toilet seat to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing.4. Damaged floor cover and peeling cabinet were observed in small room adjacent to older preschool classroom.-Please repair to ensure good repair.
