      • 1. Several chemicals/cleaning products were accessible to children and not locked up, specifically in the junior preschool and kinder/OSC bathroom. Chemicals were relocated.2. Spray bottle with blue solution was not labeled in the junior preschool bathroom - corrected onsite.

      • First aid kit alcohol wipes expired in 2023. Ensure first aid kits are inspected regularly (such as monthly) and are restocked.

      • No hot water available on second floor. All toys and dishes to be washed in kitchen on the main floor until the issue is resolved.

      • Various areas of the program were noted to be in unsanitary conditions including:Walls around dedicated hand sinks and under paper towel dispensers were noted to be unsanitary.Common areas near back hallway were in unsanitary condition. Area rugs throughout were soiled and in unsanitary condition.Children couch in toddler room was noted to be stained.*Please ensure that deep cleaning and disinfection is being done on a regular schedule and as needed (when soiled).
