- The initial measured concentration of the chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was 0ppm. Operator refilled and prepared a fresh solution. Retested and concentration was acceptable (100ppm).

- -The light covers were broken in the preparation area of the bakery. Action required:-Please replace the light covers.
