     • 1.The sanitizer bottles were not labelled.2. Expired hand sanitizers were found in both of the classrooms. Exp. date- 08/21.
   • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
     • A rebounder was found in the bathroom and operator confirmed it is being used.
