      • There is a soak pad under the dishwasher. Ensure items not associated with food are stored away from it.There is a water spray bottle stored next to a sharps container. The operator discarded the water spray bottle and cleaned the sharps container.

      • The back loading dock door is showing light where weather strip is missing on the bottom and on the sides. This can allow the entry of pests to the facility. Repair weather strip to eliminate gaps for preventing entry of pests.

      • The meat slicer shows some food remnants under the top guard. This can cause cross contamination to food that comes into contact with the remaining food particles. Please ensure this area is not missed when cleaning and sanitizing the slicer.

      • The back loading dock door is showing light where weather strip is missing. This can allow the entry of pests to the facility. Repair weather strip to eliminate gaps for preventing entry of pests.

      • The facility is displaying the receipt instead of the food handling permit. Print and post food handling permit.

      • 1- The lower side of the countertop closer to the cafeteria shows indentation that causes exposure to the floor underneath the kitchen flooring. This can cause debris and dust to accumulate since this area is not smooth and cleanable. Repair the area of the cabinet to be aligned with the kitchen floor, to eliminate gap.2- A ceiling tile in the kitchen is missing. Install ceiling tile.

      • Kitchen counter in long term care has a hole next to the sink fixture that is filled with epoxy but not smoothed out. The divot fills with standing water which creates a reservoir for bacteria. Smooth out counter to prevent standing water issue.
