     • Observation: 1. High temperature dishwasher is unable to reach a sanitizing temperature of at least 71°C during the rinse cycle. Maximum temperature reached after four runs was 67°C.
     • 2. Left most glass door cooler is maintaining approximately 12°C. No perishable food items observed.
     • Corrective Action(s): 1. Service the dishwasher so it is able to reach at least 71°C during the rinse cycle. Follow the procedures as per the provided signage for manual dishwashing until the dishwasher has been serviced. Correct as soon as possible.
     • 2. Service the glass door cooler so it is able to maintain 4°C. Correct soon as possible.

     • Observation: Ambiant temperature in 2- door glass cooler measured at 12 degree C. No perishables stored in this cooler at the time of inspection. Cooler is labled warning users " Not to store cream". Operator is aware of the high temerature and maintenance is in order.
     • Corrective Action(s): Repair the unit so that any food stored in this unit reaches proper storage temperature of at or below 4 degree C. Do not store any perishable food or potentialy hazardous food such as milk or cream in this unit until it is repaired and able to maintain temperature at or below 4C.
