- Quats spray bottle (x2) measured 0ppm. Quats wall dispenser was dispensing 0ppm quats.
- Staff made two bleach surface sanitizer spray bottles. New solutions measured 100ppm chlorine, as confirmed by a chlorine test strip (corrected). Ensure quats surface sanitizer is maintained at concentrations between 200-400ppm at all times. Use test strips to confirm concentrations. Repair the quats wall dispenser. While waiting for repair, use 50-100ppm bleach sanitizer solution.

- Complete a deep clearing of all cooler handles to prevent potential food contamination.

- Repair the quats wall dispenser to ensure it dispenses 200-400 quats at all times. While waiting for repair, use 50-100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. All coolers measured 4°C or below, freezer -18°C or below. Temperature logs up to date. All handsinks fully equipped. Sanitizer test strips available onsite. High temperature dishwasher measured 74°C at plate level. No signs of pest activity.
