      • Sterility assurance documentation for pre-sterilized tattoo needles is not being recorded with the corresponding client records.Develop and implement a method of documenting sterility assurance for each client. Manufacturer information and contact details, lot number, expiry date, and the method of sterilization must be recorded with the client record.
