- there were @ 4x20 litre pails containing yogurt that was not refrigerated inside the tent. There was no plugin cooler inside tent. Corrected onsite- staff used ice in coolers to store yogurt pails. Advised Manjinder to only bring small numbers of yogurt (in pails) from the reefer at a time for use in the tent.
