     • Observation(s): Licensing Officer observed the following objects that appeared to be hazardous to children accessible at time of inspection: Electrical outlets uncovered in under 36 month program and 30 month to school age program, plastic bags in kitchen area and unanchored shelving in napping area. All hazards were made inaccessible to children at time of inspection.
