- Observation(s): • In unit thermometer to be supplied for the cooler at the front counter that contains sandwiches, please include this on the written logs (as the cooler contains potentially hazardous foods). • In unit thermometer to be supplied for the hot holding unit.

- Observation(s): • Store has not been approved to serve hard ice cream cones to customers. Food service, similar to "Pizza Pizza" requires approval and a Permit to Operate. Health Officer to supply application package. Operator agreed to stop selling ice cream/locked ice cream cabinet until such time that approval is supplied by Interior Health.

- Observation(s): • Wall at janitor sink needs repairing/replacing as there had been a leak and the drywall and wall surface has been removed - Please ensure a wall surface is supplied that is smooth, easy to clean and water proof (as it it located directly at sink) - FRP Panel can be purchased and put along wall in this area, or waterproof stick on tiles/vinyl etc. • Bottle of cleaner incorrectly labelled as sanitizer - corrected during inspection.

Please set the fridge to 4C on the display and monitor/move items as discussed today if cooler cannot maintain temperatures at 4C or less. Advise Health Officer by tomorrow what the status of the cooler and food items.
