      • 10.1 - All foods on the premises must be from an approved source.
    • 18 - Are the sanitation procedures (Sanitation Plan) current and available on site?
      • Observation(s): Blank template provided in binder for completion. Please complete in 2 weeks time. Advise EHO when it is completed and scan/email a copy to me, or I can stop by to review it. Instruction to complete are provided in the binder. EHO also provided a poster on cleaning and sanitizing that can be posted.
