- The bulk container for loose leaf Earl Grey tea was damaged, making the container difficult to clean and presenting a risk of contamination from plastic pieces. Container was removed during inspection. Repair or replace damaged container.

- The hand wash sink did not have soap available. Staff indicated that soap for the dispenser was on order. A hand pump of liquid soap was provided during inspection.
