- No readily prepared sanitizer solution could be located. Please ensure that a sanitizer solution is available at all times for active cleaning and sanitation. Maintain chlorine bleach solutions at a concentration of 100 ppm. A 100-ppm chlorine sanitizer solution was prepared onsite.

A gap between the wall and the mop sink is observed which is not smooth and easy to clean. 1. Ensure that the baseboard is repaired. 2. Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed.
